We serve middle-income single-parent families who normally do not qualify for assistance from other organizations. Therefore, we do not receive a large amount of grants.
We instead rely on donations from individuals to offset the cost of our programs and services. As part of our $5-A-Day campaign, we are asking for a minimum donation of $5. All donations are tax-deductible. Help us assist a single parent today.
Volunteer
General Volunteer
We are currently seeking volunteers who can assist with a variety of projects. Either for one specific project or on an ongoing basis. Projects involve administrative support, program planning, event coordination, marketing, fund development, and many other areas.
Board Members
We are currently recruiting individuals to serve on our Board of Directors. 

The responsibly of Recruiting board members will be to develop, lead and govern programs and business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who feels that the needs of working single parents are unmet and unheard. It is also an opportunity to contribute ideas to the development of new and innovative programs and services that will meet the unmet needs of these families.
Individuals serving on the board will have the opportunity to participate in the governing of The Blended Tree organization by leading fund development, public relations and marketing, strategic planning, human resources, finance, business administration, and program development projects. There will also be opportunities to network with political, community and business leadership.
